We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Purchase Agreement

By placing an order, the customer agrees that:

• The order is being shipped within the United States.

• The order is being paid for using a U.S.-based payment method.

• The customer has provided accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

• The customer is responsible for verifying that all order details are correct before completing checkout.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after purchase, payment confirmation, or the listed backorder/drop date.

While we work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, processing times may vary due to:

• Backorders

• Holidays

• Carrier delays

• Weather or operational disruptions

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Shipping Times and Carrier Delays

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, BPX Research / BioPeptideX no longer has direct control over transit speed, scans, routing, delays, or final delivery.

Carrier delays may occur due to:

• USPS/UPS/FedEx delays

• Holidays

• Weather

• Government or operational disruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete address information

• Local carrier issues

Customers are encouraged to track their package using the tracking number provided by email.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

BPX Research / BioPeptideX is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or failed deliveries caused by:

• Missing apartment/unit number

• Wrong ZIP code

• Invalid shipping information

• Customer moving after placing the order

• Carrier inability to deliver

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.

A flat re-delivery fee of $10 may apply for orders requiring reshipment due to address errors.

8. Shipping Protection

Shipping protection may be offered at checkout.

If the customer chooses not to add shipping protection, BPX Research / BioPeptideX is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered during transit.

If shipping protection is purchased, claims may be handled according to the protection provider’s policy and approval process.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

BPX Research / BioPeptideX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows the package was delivered, the customer should first contact the carrier directly to file an inquiry or claim.

We will do our best to assist customers with tracking information, documentation, and carrier claim support when possible.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

• Description of the issue

Customers must retain all packaging and documentation while the issue is reviewed.

If the issue is confirmed to be due to our error or shipping damage covered under the applicable policy, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

11. Return Policy

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:

• Unused

• Untampered with

• In its original packaging

Due to the nature of research products, opened, used, reconstituted, punctured, tampered, damaged, or improperly stored items cannot be returned.

12. Non-Returnable Items

13. Return Procedure

14. Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Returned items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

15. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund is approved or denied.

Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

16. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, labeled, or handed over to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Promotions, coupon codes, automatic discounts, and store credit are subject to eligibility rules.
